Musicians Moxizishi and Kawa of CAOTAI Music participated in CHINA TIME 2018

On September 7, 2018, Moxizishi and Kawa participated in the opening performance of CHINA TIME in Hamburg. Moxizishi, Kawa, Tibetan musician Yunggiema and German music group JOCO brought different styles of performance. After the performance, the musicians chatted with each other about music. Moxizishi and Yunggiema brought the CHINA TIME special session to the German audience. The interaction between Chinese and Western music culture will create more possibilities.

About CHINA TIME 2018

In 2018, Hamburg showcased its Chinese side for the seventh time: took place in September 2018, Hamburg would be hosting a manifold variety of China-related events. Insights into contemporary and traditional Chinese life would be provided through exhibitions, concerts, lectures, discussions, book readings, theatre stagings, films, and culinary specialties.

CHINA TIME Hamburg is a biennial series of events and in its scope the greatest in Germany. Since 2006, it was hosted by the Senate Chancellery of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and presents Hamburg as an ideal location for an interaction with China to a broad audience. Its well-evolved competence and firmly established connections to China are represented by numerous international and national institutions, companies, private entrepreneurs, foundations and associations, which open their doors to the world when CHINA TIME is back in Hamburg again.
